2024 has been a year of growth, new challenges, and achievements for us at Medical Hire. As we reflect, we’re excited to share the highlights and look ahead to what’s in store for 2025.
Our props on the big screen
This year, we’ve been thrilled to see our medical props featured in several popular TV shows, films, and commercials, including:

…and so many more! And as always, it’s been wonderful to continue to supply Coronation Street and Emmerdale with our medical props and expert advisors helping to bring their hospital and medical storylines to life throughout the year.
We’ve put in a lot of hard work this year, and we’re grateful for the wonderful feedback we’ve received along the way.
A year of firsts
It was also a year of firsts for us. We launched our very first showreel, which showcases the breadth of our work, the quality of our medical props for hire, and the fantastic productions we’ve been involved in. You can watch the showreel here
We also hosted our first-ever social event in Leeds in collaboration with The British Film Designers Guild (BFDG) for the Northern film and TV community. It was a wonderful evening of networking, industry discussions, and of course, enjoying a few drinks and pizzas!
Looking ahead to 2025
So, what’s next for us in 2025? Well, we’re eager to expand our presence in London and continue to update and invest in our range of the latest medical props for film and TV.
And as we continue to grow, we hope to secure a new office and warehouse space. A very exciting move for us and our sister business Independence Mobility!
Finally, we’re excited to host more industry events to foster collaboration and creativity within the TV and film community. Watch this space!
